Anna Marie Watson

Anna “Marie” Watson, 87, of California, PA, died Wednesday, July 26, 2017.

She was born Wednesday, October 23, 1929, in Brownsville, PA, a daughter of the late John Jack Evans and Rachel Rebecca (Leeper) Evans.

She was a member of the United Christian Church Disciples of Christ in California, PA.  Marie was the last surviving member of her family.

In addition to her parents Marie was preceded in death by her husband Orval Watson Sr. and two daughters, Donna Rose and Sara Piper.

Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Beverly Constantine (Lloyd Shawley) of California, PA, and son, Orval Watson, Jr.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, Jack Rose and wife Nikki, Matthew Rose, Joyce Rose Bayliss, James Piper Jr. and wife Vicky, Christine Breese and husband Michael, Danielle Knox and husband Charles, Lisa Constantine, Julia Constantine, Orval Watson III and wife Jennifer, Annie DeRosa and husband John and 8 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Friday, July 28, 2017 from 2-8pm and until 11:00 am on Saturday, July 29, when services will be held in the funeral home with Rev. David Chafin, officiating.

Interment will follow in Milfred Fredericktown Cemetery
