Beverly Constantine Obituary

On February 12, 2026, the vibrant spirit of Beverly Constantine departed this world peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, love, and strength. She was born on Wednesday, October 19, 1955, in Brownsville, PA, a daughter of the late Orval Watson, Sr. and Anna Marie (Evans) Watson. Beverly was a devoted mother and a remarkable Nurse Anesthetist, whose dedication to her patients and profession touched countless lives throughout her career.

In addition to her parents, Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Constantine Jr. (February 3, 2002); two sisters, Donna Rose and Sara Piper; and father-in-law, Richard Constantine, Sr.

Beverly and Rick settled in California, PA, where they raised their family with warmth and encouragement. She spent many hours devoted to the United Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in California, PA, serving as elder, board moderator, and chairing many events. Bev loved the beach, Walt Disney World, and to sit and read a good book. She also cherished time with family, especially her grandchildren Leyla and Charlie.

Beverly is survived by her three beloved daughters, Danielle Knox and her husband Charles, Lisa Hajdu and her husband Clint, and Julia Constantine, who will carry forward her loving spirit and values. Beverly was also a proud Gigi to her cherished granddaughter Leyla Knox and grandson Charlie Knox. She is remembered fondly by her partner for the last 22 years, Lloyd Shawley. She leaves behind her brother Orval Watson, Jr, and sister-in-law Julie Watson; mother-in-law, Annamarie Constantine; numerous nieces and nephews; Paul and Melissa Shawley and their children, all who will forever treasure the bond they shared.

Family and friends are invited to honor her memory and the indelible mark she left on this world. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 15, 2026, in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., 323 Fourth Street, California, PA, Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A celebration of Beverly's life will take place in the United Christian Church, Malden Crossroads, on February 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Amory Merriman, officiating.

Entombment will follow on Monday afternoon in the Twin Valley Memorial Park, 483 Athena Dr, Delmont, PA 15626, where she will continue to shine in the hearts of those she inspired. Her kindness, dedication, and love will forever resonate, reminding us all of the beauty of a life well-lived.

In lieu of flowers, Bev requested that you contribute to the United Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), 499 East Malden Drive, Coal Center, PA 15423.
