Carol “Brandy”Ann Smith, 70, of Coal Center, PA , died Sunday, March 26, 2017.

She was born Tuesday, March 25, 1947, in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Regis and Margaret (Schaltenerand) Hinnebusch..

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, and her infant daughter, Dawn Marie Selinger.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 36 years, John Smith of Coal Center, PA; daughter, Jennifer Selinger; son, Joseph T. Selinger III; brother, William R. Hinnebusch and wife Karyn and grandson, Dalton Selinger.

There will be no visitation.  Funeral services have been entrusted to the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA.
