Gary William Hoover, Jr., 30, of Vestaburg, PA, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2019.
He was born Wednesday, August 17, 1988, in Silver Spring, MD, the son of Gary W. Hoover, Sr. and Shirley M. (Gedman) Hoover.
Gary was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Kerry D. Hoover, Sr. and Robert "Whitey" Gedman.
Left to cherish his memory are parents, Gary Sr. and Shirley Hoover; his daughter, Angel Hoover; grandmothers, Vivian Hoover and Alice Gedman; 3 sisters, Constance M. Watson (Christopher Nolan) of Republic, Kerrie N. Hoover of Roscoe, and Bobbijo Hoover of Lexington, KY. Also surviving are 2 nieces, Mykel and Kiera Nolan and his nephew, William Healy.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will begin at 8:00 pm with Pastor Frank C. Menhart, Jr., officiating.
