Louise Hartley

Louise Hartley, 84, of California, PA, died Sunday, January 22, 2017.

She was born Saturday, October 22, 1932, in West Pike Run, Twp., a daughter of the late Elza Theodore and Lillian May (Carpenter) Hudson.

She was a member of the California United Christian Church Disciples of Christ.  For many years Louise worked at the Vulcan Lounge at Cal U of PA.

In addition to her parents Louise was preceded in death by two children, Kaylynn Lohr and Kenneth Lee Hartley and two sisters, Ann Blackburn and Sally Kotula.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 67 years, Thomas W. Hartley, Sr.; son, Thomas  W. Hartley, Jr. and wife Linda of California, PA; son-in-law, James Lohr, of Martinsburg, PA; and sister, Nancy Humme of Ellsworth, PA.  Also surviving are 6 grandchildren, Lisa Adams and husband Dan, Thomas W. Hartley III, and wife Stacie, Jimmy Lohr and Jonathan Weber, Hollie Sivits and husband Jeremy, Michelle Glass and husband Mark, Kristen Bramson and husband Dave; and 8 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 2-9 pm and until 11 am on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 when funeral services will be held in the funeral home with Pastor Steve Dunlap and Rev. David Chafin, co-officiating.

Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery.
