Prudence Lorraine Petrucci

Prudence L. Petrucci, 80, of California, PA, died Saturday, December 3, 2016.

She was born Friday, January 31, 1936, in California, PA, a daughter of the late William Christopher Wilson and Gail W. (Dixon) Wilson.

Prue loved to play Bridge and cards at the Center in the Woods. She worked at the California Public Library, did genealogical research at the California Historical Society and was retired from the California University of Pennsylvania as a food service worker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Jean Darulla, Wilma Darulla, and Eleanor Hanover; and one brother Braden Wilson.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 58 years, Louis A. Petrucci; daughter, Louann Gail Petrucci of Savannah, GA; son, Dale Petrucci and wife Lisa of Coal Center, PA; and son, Chris Petrucci and wife Deanne of Coal Center, PA.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, Hollis J McLachlan and husband Liam, Andrew A Zemany, Gregory L. Duane, Paige Petrucci, Braden Petrucci, Kristen Petrucci, Madelyn Petrucci, Lacey Petrucci, Charlee Petrucci, and Spencer Petrucci; one great granddaughter, Alaina Christner and a nephew, David Darulla.

Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA for a memorial visitation on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 11 am to 1 pm.  A memorial service will begin at 1:00 pm with Rev. David Watts officiating.
