Revamarie (Slavik) Savage

Revamarie Savage, 61, of Roscoe, PA,  died  Friday, June 28, 2024.

She was born March 18, 1963,  a daughter of Joanne Slavik and the late George Slavik.

Reva was a member of the Historic Church of St. Peter, and a  Pro-Life Advocate.

She loved teaching, especially CCD classes. Reva enjoyed spending time in her yard, gardening, planting flowers and feeding the birds. She loved being a mom and cherished time spent in the presence of children.

On October 7, 1989, she married Joseph Savage in St. Thomas Aquinas Church in California, PA.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, George W. Slavik; grandmother, Hannah Michael; infant daughter, Coeli Regina Savage; infant son, Johnny Savage and her best friend, Amy Koussonmbus.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of thirty four years, Joseph Savage; daughter, Trinity Faith Savage; two brothers, Joe Slavik (Lori) and Bob Slavik; many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 9 am to 10:15 am when prayers of transfer will be said, followed by an 11 am Mass of Christian Burial in the Historic Church of St. Peter, Brownsville, PA with Fr. Efren Ambre as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center, PA.
