Terry B. Morgan

Terry Bryden Morgan, 84, loving husband and father, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2025. Terry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Bonnie J. Morgan of Long Branch, PA, children James W. Fisher of Los Angeles, CA, Sherry L. Fisher of Gainesville, FL, Dawna M. Fisher of Pittsburgh, PA and his treasured pup, Bella J.  Additionally, Terry is survived by a brother, James W. Morgan, Jr. of Elco, PA and a sister, Sheri Morgan-Crow of Newell, PA, three step- brothers, Tony Cossell of Smithton, PA; Jamie Cossell of Mittelbach, Germany, and Michael Cossell of Speers, PA. Further, Terry is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. He is preceded in death by his beloved daughter Kimberly R. Morgan and parents James W. Morgan Sr. and Norma E. Morgan. Terry was born in Speers, PA and later grew up in Roscoe, PA. He attended California State College majoring in Biological Science and went on to work for Monessen Southwestern Railway as a Railroad Engineer. Terry was a member of the Pennsylvania United Transportation Union (UTU) State Legislative Board from 1969-1988 and subsequently elected as the General Chairman, UTU Local 1666 from 1982-1988. He later became a Senior Investigator for the law firms of Evans, Ivory, Moses, Hollander & McVay and Robert Peirce & Associates. Terry was passionate about his profession and continued to work up until the age of 80. He enjoyed 50s music, trips to Las Vegas with his family, swimming, classic cars, and landscaping. He was an avid reader and loved James Patterson novels. Terry was an educated investor and followed the stock market daily. He loved watching the show Gold Rush, Alaska: The Last Frontier, World Series of Poker, and had a love/hate relationship with the Steelers.

Terry will be sadly missed by his loving family, who are comforted knowing he is now with his little girl, Kimberly.

Visitation for friends and family will be held on Friday, January 24th, 2025 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM at Mariscotti Funeral Home, Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 25th, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, followed by interment in Howe Cemetery, Long Branch, PA.
