The family of Timothy Blaine Maxon, Jr. announce the untimely passing of their beloved father, son, brother, grandfather and uncle. He joins his father, Timothy Sr., his grandparents Charlie and Mary Krisfalusy, and his uncle and aunt, Denny and Lois Krisfalusy in eternal peace and happiness. He was born May 16, 1967 the first born of three sons to Pat and Tim Maxon. He was the pride and joy of his entire family and was the oldest of his cousins.
Tim and his former wife and best friend, Monica Sape Stay are the parents of two wonderful children, Shane Charles, wife Chelsea and Madison Leah, His love and his pride of his children will last their entire lifetimes. His life was made complete on February 14, 2016 when his grandson, Marlo James was born. He so enjoyed his time with the baby!
Tim had an unbreakable bond with his brothers, Christopher and Casey. They played ball from the time they were young in their mother’s yard in Blainesburg, she was their cheerleader. Cherie and Janet joined their team and Tim dearly loved his sisters-in-law. He enjoyed his nieces and nephews, Camryn, Christian, Christopher, Sophia, Blaine and Brady; they also became a huge part of “Uncle Timmy’s” Team Maxon.
He was nurtured by his aunts and uncles, Chuck and Kathy Krisfalusy, Cindy and Bob Schmidt, Lisa and Vince Nevala, his godmother, Gay Carnello, Joe Rohaley, Margaret and John Belvis, Brad and Don Maxon. He was blessed when he became a part of the Sape family and always treasured their relationship. The “cousins” have remained his loyal and most trusted friends, to the very end. With the support of an extended family and many friends Tim enjoyed his life; He dedicated his professional life by doing God’s work, caring for others. Tim was one of a kind.
Friends will be received in the Mariscotti Funeral Home, Inc., Anthony N. Mariscotti, Supervisor, 323 Fourth Street, California, PA on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 6-8 pm and until 9:15 am on Thursday, August 10, 2017 when a Panachida service will be said in the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Funeral Devine Liturgy in St. Nicholas Greek Byzantine Church, (where Tim was an Alter Server when he was a child) in Brownsville, PA with Fr. Christopher R. Burke as Celebrant.
Tim will be laid to rest with his father in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Coal Center, PA.
